Sure, parts list: 3.0-$$$, 3.2-$$$$, 3.6-$$$$$$$, turbo-$$$$$$$$$ Now, what do you want the car to do? Street, track, show, daily driver? How deep are your pockets? Looks like a little more tweeking to do on that tub.

All (most) 911 flat 6 engines will fit. Some transmissions (g50) won't without big mods. Staying with the 915 is a good idea. Good bang for the buck is going with the 3.2 but the engine is electronic so you must add the wiring harness, not to bad. Other than that, just go for it!! (paint it later after you get it sorted out)
The 3.6 will need a trans. adapter to fit the 915. There are kits out there that have everything you need to do this, well most everything. Do a search for 3.6 swap.

I recommend the 3.2, nicely sorted, I think it is the most economical and sensible application for that car................but then again most of us here are not sensible, just by virtue of being here......lol. If you want to push the limit do the 3.6, but as noted above, what is your intention for the car?
