engine removal tips

I've got a pretty basic question for you guys this time. When lifting the car for removal should you raise it with the suspension hanging or would it be beneficial to have the tires on ramps instead? I am thinking about the CV joints and the severe angles when the suspenion is at full drop. I would prefer to have her sitting on the skins but maybe that isn't best? You tell me. Thanks

Suspension at full drop is okay when lifting the vehicle. No stress on CV joints.

Suspension at full drop when driving is not good for the CV joints.
