1987 Carrera Flywheel

I am trying to confirm the crankshaft time mark pin location with relationship to number one cylinder at Top Dead Center.
I am installing a 1987 Carrera flywheel on a 1980 930 crank. The crankshaft does not have a locator pin and therefore the pick up point for my Motronic ECU may not be spot on.
With the flywheel bolted to the crank, the pin currently sits at 55 degrees before top dead center. I belive this is correct.

When I take the crank to top dead center, the pin is 5 degrees before tip dead center.

So the bottom line is, at what degree does the crankshaft positioning pin signal the ECU?

Does anyone have the factory specifications?

Also, what is the factory clearance from the pulse censor to the flywheel?

Thank you,
Rich

The sensor for the flywheel is .8mm +/- .3 mm from the flywheel. The 87 is a G50 flywheel.
