Door windowadjustments
Both door windows on my 1980 Targa stick up about 1/2 inch when in the full down position. They seal/seat nice against the top when all the way up. I like to cruise with the elbow hanging and it gets a bit uncomfortable after awhile. Is there an easy way to adjust them?

Yes, it's covered in the Bentley publication for sure. You've got to remove the door panels and raise/lower the window until the adjustment bolts are visible. I think they are torx head IIRC.
Edit - Didn't notice you stated they meet with the top - and looking to adjust the lower level. I don't think you can have it both ways.
