Need Help. No Fuel to Injector 911 3.0L

Hello everyone. I have recently installed a rebuilt 3.0 Engine on my 1981 911sc. I know the Long Block/Engine is done corectly and all accessories such as Fan, Alternator, CIS, Air Filter,.... are all installed ok. The problem started with connecting the TWO YELLOW wires at starter. We are sure we installed them right base on what Bentley Book Described and also logic.
After installing the starter, we cranks the car and I noticed the thin Yellow Wire (CSV) has overheated and it's melting! For some reason it's not smoking anymore! The wires were installed correctlu port 50 and 15, anyother way the starter not turning (click sound).
Today I found out that the distributor shaft is almost frozen and hardly turns by hand! I had the distributor rebilt and installed it. Now I have a good strong spark but no fuel is coming to the injectors.
Fuel pump is working, pressure was not checked by gauge but it feels good pressure. Fuel distributes to the center of Fuel Distributor, from there no fuel is coming out to injectors!

I get fuel to the injectors by moving the Air Flow Plate! The Engine Starts while doing that.
Please Advise.

Check the air flow sensor plate height and centering and adjust per the manual. If the distributor was frozen, the plate, pivot pin or lever may be corroded and binding. Look around for obvious vacuum leaks that could prevent the plate from rising during cranking.

Hello Paul. Thanks for your input. I could not find any vacuum leaks. however while I was assembling the engine, I noticed under the air flow sensor there is and opening, like a drainage type! There could it be leaking?
