Wow, it's the ricer 911!

I WOULD drive that, but only after the rims were painted black, and the subs taken out.

Sure I'd drive it.
Yellow and Midnight Blue ain't such a bad color scheme.
Nice C2 conversion.
Fresh engine, some upgrades.
It's probably easy enough to pull-out the speaker box if you had to.

I'll take it.

looks like fun, i'd take the subs out though. the yellow wheels will look like hell when they get all covered with brake dust. they'd make a nice backup set though.

The loudspeakers will have to be removed. I want to hear the engine and not the typical "UMPH UMPH UMPH UMPH" bass. Also I would refinish the wheels in traditional grey colour. Otherwise the car looks good.

God, no! Whatever it is, it looks awful!
After all the criticism of "ricers" people are in to that? Even if the ricer term means pure cosmetic bad taste, that looks like bad taste to me!

Cheers 1.2gees,
It's like original "rice" straight from BMW to Alpina when new. Perfect excuse to drive something with tacky stripes on it legitimately: '80s chic.....

That reminds me - while out today I passed a guy with a dark blue Miata that had rims made up to look like sunflowers. The spokes were the petals and the center was bright yellow and textured.

Wink

Actually saw that very car in Lexington (amongst a sea of red 944s- the most popular Porsche in that state?)while visiting. It looked pretty nice in person, albeit those "arrest me now" yellow wheels are better suited to a track car

Thumbs down

no heat or A/C on a DARK blue car; yikes!
. . .but you do get the "luxury" of 200lbs of speakers.
