They are not having an easy time getting going again. We have been waiting quite a while for a couple rim halves to replace on a set of their wheels. You can't go elsewhere as the pattern is proprietary.
I have also heard from a professional source of waiting 16+ weeks for a new order, and still no delivery. We wish them the best in getting settled and producing product in a timely manner. They are very good wheels and a lot of owners out there will rest easier knowing they can get parts
