Camber Truss
I am going to get beat for this one. I am trying to install the camber truss in the old girl when after 4 hours of the rubber mallet on the top bar(the one that goes from shock tower to shock tower) I notice I put it on upside down. What I am trying to figure out is if I put the car on a rack will it make it easier to get this out so I can turn it around, or should I take a hack saw to it and buy a new one? Any help will be appreciated and hold all laughs till I get it fixed right.
Thanks, Mike |

4 hours with a rubber mallet? If it's a Stable Energies truss it should go in and come out one way without any prying. The clearances are tight, but if you find the right combination it should just clear. For additional clearance, remove the strut mounts which would be significantly cheaper than ordering a new strut bar if you cut the old one out. Other makes I am not so sure.
