new alt, wont start after installation
 

Hello friends, first timer here, hopefully this finds the right place!
Just replaced the alternator on my 82 sc, Engine turns over strong but doesnt seem to be getting fuel, tried a short burst of ether, engine runs until ether is burned off.
The car has been sitting for a max of 2 weeks, full tank of gas.
Ive had the car for over a year and never fails to start on first try!

Just ordered new cap, rotor, plugs, and wires, (from pelican) and am dying to get my tune up going.
Any info on alternator would be greatly appreciated!

Be sure you didn't drop a fuse somewhere.
