1987 911 Service in New Jersey

I recently purchased a1987 911 and need to get it serviced. Any recomendations for a place in Northern NJ or should I just take it to a Porsche dealer.

I live in Randolph, NJ - about 10 minutes from Morristown so Chatham is not far at all.

Powertech in Dover. Welcome to Powertech - Your Porsche Only Parts, Service, Sales and Performance Center!
There is also a mechanic that shares space with Euro-tire, off of rt 46 in Fairfield, but I have no first-hand experience with them.

With that low mileage, I'd also flush the brake fluid, change the rubber brake lines, inspect the fuel lines (to prevent fire), check the vacuum lines, change trans fluid, and probably change the suspension bushings......

Frankly, dealers don't see cars of that vintage anymore. An independent shop will have more experience.

How about DIY? This is a technical forum provided by a parts supplier, after all.
