Cashmere Beige

Hi All,

After going without a 911 for a year I finally found another one and took some photos while driving on my favorite road.

One of my favorite colors, Cashmere Beige. Brown Leather Sport Seats

Car is a 78 SC. Sold new in San Jose and spent its entire life in a garage in the same town. I am the third owner and have every record back to day one including the window sticker. It is a nice honest car.

Enjoy the photos!

Beautiful. No other car built in the last 20 years can pull off that colour.

That lucky kids hopes to be able to drive car when he turns 16. I am going to put him in an old beat up Toyota pickup truck instead.

Superb color, really like it. Those rear wheel wells are pristine. It's also one of the first times I see the side stone protection decal without front and rear spoiler. I've been thinking about that too now that I took a away both spoilers.
Only thing I would change are the headlamps but that's just me. Enjoy.

Good looking car! Looks as though it's been maintained with a Q-Tip. Nice find! And the records? WOW

I'll join in the cashmere beige party. Someday it'll move under its own power again. Mine is a '78 and I have chrome trim work.

I'll admit I didn't pick the car for its color, but it has really grown on me.

Shweet car. I spent several months looking at every SC I could find for sale and saw only one that could claim to be in as good condition. That is an awesome find. Cheers, John

LOng Road Trip

All,

In the year that I have had Cashmere Beige I had driven the car less than 1000 miles. That all ended this month when my son and I took the car on a 2200 mile trip up to the Canadian boarder. The car never missed a beat. On the last day, being homesick, we drove 930 miles averaging 58mph and 23mpg including three meals stops and bio breaks. A great trip in a great car.
