1980 911 sc w/ no power after 4300 rpm

HELP!
i have a 1980 911 SC 3.0.
It ran fine (VERRRY powerful at 4500-6000 rpm) before the last tune-up, and now it has NO power after 4500 rpm. (kinda sputters and barely accelerates beyond 4500 rpm under load, but is fine when revving, and runs and idles smooth otherwise)
Could it be just tuning?
maybe it needs a valve adjustment? (ie. Murphy's law - many things going wrong at once.)
or could lower compression play a part?
Compression test shows that 4 cylinders are running at about 130, and 2 of them are about 110. could this have something to do with it?

Do the 3.0 dance....check the valve train....you could have a broken stud, check compression and leak down. Could be a bad dizzy cap/rotor.....

Do you know for a certainty that your throttle valve (butterfly) is totally open when you have the accel. pedal all the way down?
