whcih way does the oil flow thru a carerra oil cooler

Or does it matter.

I installed a carerra oil cooler and after reading another thread I am thinking I have the oil lines crossed at the cooler. Is this possible?

I purchased a kit from PP and it came with two oil lines, one short and one long . When I connected them it just seemed obvious which soft line went to which hard line.

Will the oil flow thru the cooler in both directions or are they made for the oil to flow specifically from one opening to the other.

Can I have the lines backwards?

I’ve been driving the car for three months and haven’t noticed any dramatic overheating and its been close to 95 lately.

I have the hose on the right side

connected to the connector on the bottom left in this picture

Is this correct? Does it matter?

Tell me I didn't really screw up.

Doesn't matter. Whatever fits better.
