did i fry my coil or my msd?
Washed the 911.
Started the car, backed down the street and the car shut off. Looked under the black plastic coil cover and water came out. I have fuel i raised the throttle plate and heard the injectors. The ignition consists of a bosch blue coil, a msd and a pertronix ignitor. I checked for spark with a timing light on cylinder and no light flashing when we cranked the car. Can't check the circuit until tonight but would shorting the coil kill the coil or the msd? Is the bosch blue coil primary .32 ohm and secondary 9.2? Thanks

I don't have a black plastic cover over my coil, so I'm not sure what you are describing.
If my car didn't start after a wash, I'd dry out the inside of the distributor cap.
