hi guys , i m start doin the turbo conversion right now. the flares r use from 930 and 9 inch in the front and 11 on rear . and i want to order a set new works wheels. . some ppl say i should go 8 inch in the f and 10 in the back with spacer .my question is how big i can go with out use spacer and what is the best offset should be . my car is 76 thanx

I just did the conversion on mine. I used TruDesign to build a set of 17s for me. Mine are 8 & 9.5....I had him make the offsets in such a way that no spacers were needed. I used a 7in Fuchs (with a known backspace) with no tire mounted to it...mounted it on the car...and used the fenders and flares to determine what backspace I wanted without having to use spacers.

mine are 9's and 11's by 17 on a 1974 car / SC/Carrera suspension with Turbo flares
