Knock sensor wiring?
 
Not 100% sure what this is....located left hand side rear of engine.
Can someone tell me which wire goes where?
1x Yellow
1x Red.

I'm fairly certain that they're are thermotime switch for cold start valve operation with CIS injection. Definitely not a knock sensor. Aren't the spade connectors 2 different sizes and the sensor also has 2 different "buttons" so they can only go on one way? That's what I remember from mine anyway.

Yes, this a thermo switch and the connectors can go on either way - it doesn't matter.

Had another look at it today and you are right, two different size spade terminals. Another mission completed.
