Engine & CIS freshen up.

Fairly new but been viewing the threads heaps and learnt a lot....

Thought I would share some pic's of what I have been upto over the last few months.
I purchased a wrecked 1980 SC that had a reco engine and trans about 2500km's ago, stripped the body of every conceivable part/bolt and nut and then sold the the chassis for $220 NZD.

Have since stripped the engine to a long block and tidied everything up as best as possible, painted, powder coated, plated etc.

Was about to mount the CIS system and decided it was too messy to put over the nice Shroud so stripped that down as well and cleaned it up.
I know you like pictures....

Still some corrosion on the Alloy that I could not get off, ideally a complete bead blast would solve that.
