1988 911 g50 tranny shifting trouble
Need a little help here! My tranny wont shift into second or really third either unless you are around 3000 rpms or less. I noticed it getting fussier and fussier but now you just cant get it into gear until the rpms drop into an acceptable range. I dont hear any grinding in between gears like I used to here on my 915 with a synchro issue either. Any advice would be great

When was the last time you changed your gear lube?

Mileage? Make sure the shift linkage cup didn't fall apart.
