Exhaust Guru Help...What do I have here?

Did a search with no real results....comments please?
Picked these up...because I could. They were supposedly removed from a late model SC or 3.2 but unsure. The headers look like a custom job but the muffler looks production and appears to be of very nice quality and brand new!. Any ideas of make?
BTW...no use to me as I have my MONTY....
So if any local guys are interested PM me.

The headers are stock w/ the heater sheaths removed, connected to a cat by pass pipe and aftermarket ss muffler
