accelerator linkage

Cant seem to get my pedal to do full travel........... How do I adjust ?
My car is a 1970 911 with webers.
What is the procedure to make the adjustment so I can get full power when I depress the pedal.
Actually the pedal only travels about half way!

Thanks
Frank

Check the bushings in the bell crank located in the engine compartment. OEM bushings are nylon and deteriorate over time causing the linkage arms to twist and not give full throttle. I recently replaced mine with brass bushings and made a big difference in throttle response and throw.

Whoops, just noticed you have a earlier model with carbs, so my advice for a 3.0L CIS may not apply.
