Splitter on stock SC/Carrera chin spoiler?

I've been wondering if anyone has attempted putting a simple splitter on the bottom of their SC/Carrera rubber chin spoiler. Is this possible to mount up? I've seen them mounted on FG Iroc and RSR style valences, but not on a stock setup.

I'm thinking like the one pictured (barely) below, but on a stock setup.

Being that the rubber lip is flexible I'm not sure how it would work. The rubber lip would have a hard time structurally I'd think. And I'm not sure how you'd fasten it either.

I've been looking into trying to create a hubrid SC/ST front valance for an SC for awhile and I'm not sure if it's possible short of serious FG work, which I lack the skills/time.

I'm close to settling for a 930S lower valance with the fog light holes filled/covered and that you can put a splitter on if desired.

Thumbs up

Ed: Did you buy it or build it? Looks very nice, how well does it work; maybe a track day installation?

I did something similar, you can see it in this post. It is fairly aggressive, but it'll give me room to fine tune its size and shape.

It has bolts into the car in 7 places. 3 on the a/c condenser crash bar (welded tabs) and 4 on the bumper lip where the bumper and rubber lip meet.

Hi. I made this one out of laminated carbon fiber. Mounted it to the AC crash bar. And two ubolts one on each side of lower a arm. Works great. It realy starts to pull the front end down at about 95 to 100mph plants the nose good takes the light feeling out of the wheel. I also have the pattern if any ones interested Let me know. Ed
