Notice the screen shot posted by abisel appears when you hit the "Post Reply" button at the end of a thread--it does not appear when you simply click "post quick reply". If you use the "quote" button, the option to post a picture will appear also.

i use Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket since it's free and they provide you with all the links you need to post right below each pic you put there.
