Speedo gear drive removal

Hi there,

I'm just fitting a new transmission to my car. The replacement transmission had a speedo drive that the back has come off and the gear wants to drop out the rear, so I want to swap out the perfectly good one from the old tranny. How does this come out? I thought I'd ask before proceeding. I see 2 large nuts at the base od the drive (one larger than the other). And then I see a bolt in the front of the housing that looks like it may secure the drive also.

Any help would be appreciated.
