Oil line replaced
I changed the hard oil lines and engine oil line.
Does this look correct? I was not sure about the flow direction anymore. I find the Bentley pictures not very precise. Questions 1: The thermostat fitting closer to the wheel wall goes to the engine hard line and the other comes from the tank, right? Question 2 : I noticed the new rubber material differs from the old lines. Is is OK to have the rubber parts of the oil line so close to the hard lines? Frank ![]()

Looks correct to me. I just replaced the oil line to the engine for an exhaust back date.... the oil line closest to the fender well went to the engine....

Looks nice. The rubber line might need to be tie wrapped back a bit to avoid rubbing against the tire (depending on how wide the rubber is you're using. I found mine had to be pulled back after finding a rub mark from being on track.
