Sam at Pelican parts made my day
Hi guys I orderd a set of replacement valve adjustment gage blades from Pelican.Unfortunetly they sent me the tool insted.. I was kind of bumed thinking I have to email ship the part back and possably pay shipping. I understood it was a easy mistake anyone could do it. Ok a week gos buy and I get a Email for a follow up from my big 10buck purchase I respond with the problem.. And today I get this Email from Sam saying keep the tool a set of bblades is on the way..You guys I been having the crappyist day spending 300bucks on my beloved mouse keeping out of the garage cat.. Thinking that her mouser days are about over.and I get this email . Wayne even if your packer made a small mistake you can really make busness is this manner Wayne Savage

As long as we are at it I'd like to thank Darren for ferreting out a bunch of tiny parts I needed for my SC. He replied to my email quickly and was able to find the inexpensive bits and pieces I wanted. Nice job Darren!

Can I jump in here too?
I looked at the site for days trying to come up with the right parts for my shift linkage, but could narrow down all of the choices. With a phone call to Darren and a 15 minutes, my problems were solved. I can not see why anyone would do business with companies who seem bothered by a simple question when there are guys at pelican that make a DIY newbie like myself feel welcomed. Thanks Pelican!

Kudos to Pelican! I don't know who my wife dealt with, but she ordered stuff for me for Christmas and my birthday, including a rear taillight lens.

If you would like someone to purchase parts for you, but they are at a different IP address and thus cannot view your Shopping Cart or Project List, simply save these pages locally, to your PC, and send the .htm file to them. They may not get the images, but the text is there and so the purchase can be made.
