How do you like your Hash Browns?
Can somebody say REHASHED?! What, no photo of the engine? what's the deal of the photo looking looking through the back window? You gotta love the turbo tail on that cab? |
What's up with these guys??!! First the "1989" Turbo cab built on a 1977 chassis. Now a "1997" built on a 1981 chassis. They certainly have a way with words. Wonder if anybody will take the bait?

Maybe they should change the company name? "KAROL DOD-AH KARS" comes to mind here. (Carol Doda would sue if they spelled her name correctly.)

You do have to admit that car looks real nice in the pics. If its mechanically good I would drive that without question.

Some folks value "show", some folks value "go", and some folks value both. The cars offered by this company seem to be "no go show boats" (old 60's hot rod song phrase) Like plastic boobs..they look good, but they don't perform a bit better than when they were original. Some, like myself, would call that being phoney.

I'm with Kurt on his view,.... and pwd72s - just shows you haven't got REAL close to a plastic pair to know how much fun they can be! ;)

Hmmm, I guess these guys are trying to make a quick buck on unsuspecting fools (soon to be parted with their money) due to the ebay craze. Sadly enough I bet they actually make some money. And two of the four cars that they have on auction right now are salvage titles, yikes.
As far as the comparison to silicon, after working in topless bars in Houston for 4.5 years I'm not even going to get into that. But looking at these cars reminds me of women that I have seen out in clubs in my younger days. In the dark with the hair done and the makeup that is layered on they look great (maybe the drinks helped) but if you were sober and got close enough you would realize that the next morning you would be waking up to a ruined pillow case and a "coyote ugly" Tammy Fay Baker disciple. |
Gheeez......how'd your mum feel about you working topless... for that matter how'd ya dad feel?;) ;)

The problem with these cars is it appears that these guys are converting junkyard cars for profit. Now I have no problem with the profit part of this. But I suspect there is a big difference in quality between an individual P-enthusiast converting an old or wrecked roller into something nice and somebody who is doing the same strictly to turn a quick buck. I'll bet a PPI report would be in the form of a 100-page dissertation with one of these beauties!
