Finally have Bostik "Pure Nickel Special" anti-seize part # NSBT-16N. Contains no copper, good for 2,400 deg F. "For Industrial Use Only"

Help me out please! What is wrong with the copper in copper antisieze or some copper in other anitsieze??? Not good for the O2 sensor?? Thanks. |

Jim...I'm not an expert in this. Nickel is used w/ dis-similar metals. I believe most mech. use copper for O2. Nickel is great for exhaust and head exhaust bolts and nuts. 2,400 deg is pretty good. I would like to find out if Loctite's Graphite 50 anti-seize is better than copper. Loctite's site shows Graphite 50 twice as conductive as Loctite's copper anti-seize. Loctite also has nickel anti-seize. Thanks for keeping this topic going.
