replace ignition cylinder

Help! does anyone know how to remove the ignition cylinder from the steering lock on a 911C4

there is a locksmith in blue bell pennsylvania but i do not remember his name he comes to hershey porsche swap meet every year he would know. contact central pa. region porsche club.
