Opinion on 901 syncro please.
Clutch problem had to drive 20 miles W/O so a bit of grinding on the way. Question pic is 1st gear which I ground most. I can tell contact on a few teeth not chipped just a SMALL bit worn. Syncros were 2000 miles from new small bit of metal in magnet. Replace?

definitely worn where the flats of the teeth contact the syncro ring. seen the cost of those things recently? probably will work still. seen way worse. how does the syncro look?

Looks good to me, from the pictures. I would check the action of the synchro as mentioned.
![]() The raised areas (red arrows) contact the synchro ring. Red arrows below. ![]() You should not be able to turn the slider against the synchro ring when pushing them together trying to engage the teeth (black arrows) before the teeth engage.
