just bought an 86 targa. i work in korea and the targa is in vegas. won't be driving it much. but i'd like to get some info on parts and minor repairs such as where to get the door cloth weather stripping/gasket. my car's is weathered and the cloth is showing. also, the blue leather seats are faded in some sections of the back rest and in the back of the seat. should i take the car to a body specialist to get the faded spots done? thanks for any help you can give me.

Hello and welcome. Others will probably help out here too, but I'll take the first shot.

I not sure about the "cloth" replacement, unless you mean the door panel itself. This will be best sourced from the used parts for sale/wanted here on this site. The weather stripping/gaskets I'm sure are for sale here at Pelican, and the seat restoration doesn't sound like it would be that much trouble to get some matching leather/vinyl dye and do it yourself.
