![]() ![]() I am looking for the green signal wire that is used on most 911SCs and 930 w CIS. I actually want a long length (10ft) to use as single conductor shielded wire for a piece of test equipment that is sensitive to engine electrical noise. Warren would help with this. We miss him, every day. Len ![]() |

![]() ![]() I just picked up a 100ft roll of generic shielded wire at 'U-do-it' but its not the good stuff that Porsche uses. However, it will do the job intended. Thanks guys, Len ![]() |

Several have cut the long wire and installed a plug to make their car compatible with the short wire. I purchased the parts to do this but haven't gotten around to it yet. There are some threads on here that describe the process.

Yeah. Just tape a label on to show what is is for, where it goes, whatever....
![]() Wire is wire, doesn't need to be green...paint it? Seriously... ![]() And I reckon I would have loved Warren, never met him, my loss doubtless, but am sure he is STILL a greaat guy...can't we let him go? ![]() Last edited by nesslar; 08-13-2010 at 03:14 PM.. |
