Good place in So. Cal. to clean oil tank?

I have an original 914-6 oil tank that needs to be inspected, pressure tested and cleaned, and could use a bit of cosmetic upgrade before I install it with my 3.2 conversion.

Does anyone know of a good, reliable shop in So. Cal. area that can perform these services?
