Just for fun bumper treatment
or Does this make my rear end look wide?

I really like that look. That's what I did with my last one, though I never got around to sealing up the holes properly. I just painted some plastic plugs I got at the hardware store. I'm thinking about taking them off the new one too. It just cleans up the back so much.

I'm sure it looks great in person. That camera angle doesn't do justice.

I like that you filled the gap that occurs when the accordian rubber is removed.

Hi all.
What do you do to smoothen the edges of the rubber strips. If I remember correctly, with the bumperette removed, the remaining strips exposed edges looks quite jagged. Cheers all |

Nope, they all look like that...at least the ones I've seen.

Yes, the edges of the rubber strips all look like that. Sometimes, though, the ends will not lay flat against the bumper since the screws are too far to the outside. I have heard of putting a new bolt through the strip, and finding a black plug to cover the hole. I just used some strong adhesive and glued down the edges.
