Does it re-start easily or not for some time?

If it doesn't re-start easily, you need compression, fuel and spark for it to run - what's missing?

wow, you have spent some money. just curious, why a new FD?

when it quits, does it restart as asked from above? does it quit from an idle or are you driving the car? will it keep running if you try to hold the RPM's up? is it slow to die or does it just stop?

if it does not restart, check for spark by pulling a a wire and connecting a plug to it. if it has spark, pop an injector out, put it in a jar, key on and lift sensor plate to check for fuel. does the fuel pump still run when it cuts off? we need details.

what about the WUR. new, old, anything done to it? is the screen on top clean?

is there 12v to the WUR? have you checked fuel pressures warm and cold. my thought here is that if you have no 12v to the WUR, as it warms from the engine, and the WCP is not right, that could make it cut off.

what did you do about the vacuum enrichment to the WUR? is it connected? is the thermo time valve still connected?

this should keep you busy
