Where is the lambda box on a 83 Cab?

Dumb question, but my 1983 SC Cabriolet does not have a ECU/lambda box under the passenger seat, like the Coupe. Does that mean the 83 SC Cab does not have an lambda box and sensor, or is it just in a different place in the Cabriolet?

The Lambda harness comes through to the inside above the tunnel access, just follow it. If the car is a Euro, then it wont have a sensor in the exhaust so no lambda.

HI Guys

I have a 1983 911sc cabriolet (european) and it also has no ECU/lambda box under the passenger seat?
Are European versions like this or has it been ripped out at some stage.

Euro/RoW SC..........

Jeff,

If your car is a RoW/Euro model, then you won't have the OXS and ECU (lambda unit). Cars for '80-'83 SC (USA/Can/Japan) have ECU's and OXS. Could you post the vin #?

Tony
