How can I tell what center caps to get?

Hello all, I want to get the color crested center caps (boy they look nice) and I have plain ones now. How can I tell which center caps will fit my wheels?. I was told they were aftermarkets, something about some writing on the inside of the inscription, and I think they are C2/C4 but I don't know for sure. Even more specifically, would Porsche Part # 993.361.303.07.61M fit? I am going to attempt to post some pictures...
