That was very interesting. Looks like Porsche lost this round. However, I think if they go after the individuals that register the names, they will win. The cost however will but much greater and they'll have to weigh whether it's worth it.

That's quite a list of defendants.
I'm an engineer, not a lawyer, but I think I get the picture in the cursory reading I just did.
Talk about opening up a can of worms!
