Superman likes beer!

And so do all his helpers!

But Jim, please tell me if there is a well-stocked grocery en route to Ten-nine-O and Keithahn St.? (And I don't intend to pick up any groceries , if ya get my drift!)

Hey Doug. Why don't you stop at my house on the way down. I'm right off the freeway in Seattle. (Greenlake) From there we can hit Larry's Market. They got it all.

Tyson,
Great, as long as we don't have to take "Larry" along

Hit my PM and send your details. I would be passing through the Emerald City about 9:00 AM or thereabouts. Care to join me for breakfast, possibly?

Man....you hit a nerve there, island.
I visited the Twin Tee Pees several times over the years.
A real cool joint.
Then I see on the Seattle TV news one night they have knocked it down!

(Sobbing sound)

I'm headed down to the Jim's as well, mainly to put some faces with the names and to learn as much as I can about 911's.

Meeting for breakfast along the way sounds like a great idea....if you'll pardon my beater daily driver tagging along.

Honest, I inherited it

You're more than welcome! We just need to decide on a place and time.

I vote for "Chinooks" on Fishermans Terminal. (Might be hard for some to find though)

Thanks for that.
What a neat history.
It's outrageous the city fathers allowed this landmark to be demo'd. If I recall the news story, the reporter alluded to some shenaigans. Almost no one knew it was coming down. The structure was razed in under 15 mins, and done with much secrecy. Permit?

Superman especially likes the Full Sail variety and not to be bothered before 10am on most Saturdays.

A little birdy told me so.

OK guys, scratch Chinooks for breakfast. It's just too far out of our way. There's a really good little place a couple blocks from my shop and John Walkers Workshop on Greenwood Ave.

We could meet there or at my house. Let me know which.

I'll be at your house at the appointed time, Tyson. Breakfast, BS, a little shopping at Larry's Market, and then off to Superman's garage. Hope to see a bunch of Pacific North Wet'sters.

There's a better plan. .. .Chinooks would take forever.

So Tyson, does this place on Greenwood Ave have a name? or is the plan to show up at last place we meet to have a liquid breakfast?

Drago, if you want to leave your inheritance in Seattle, you can ride with me. .. in a Word Dominating SC! or so the plot goes Drop me an email, if so.

Tyson,

If there's room, the 79SC and I would love to meet some fellow Pelican Heads. Did you pick a spot in Ballard / Greenwood?

I'm sure there will be more than a few 'photo-journalists' in attendance. But I for one will certainly bring my new digi-cam to document Super's engine drop for the archives. (Batteries are charging as I type this.)
