Brain fart what is this part??
 
I think it is a muffler hanger for an early car but it looks different than anything i've seen. it has a part # on it but all i can read is 901. it also has an orange sticker on it that reads 71. Thanks for any help, Andrew http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1285163127.jpg

It almost looks like the muffler hanger from my 914/6.
