VW or 356, pre-1955 I believe, Probably worth money to someone with broken or sand-blasted originals who care about originality.
Either these or the Empi non-fluted VW part would be just the ticket for an "real HID projector on H4 base/reflector" conversion where you don't want the fluting scattering the pre-focused beam.
