Just starting to think about my next engine project and trying to work out how much my freshly rebuilt 3.2 engine might be worth! Does anyone have a comparison or good guide to follow?

That would greatly depend on what was done and more importantly (to me anyway), who did it..

Wide open question. Lots of variables.

I would search in the stuff for sale section in this website.

Instant-g.com has some interesting information - they do engine conversions and there may be some good data to pick up there. Might even shoot the guy an e-mail and ask.

Also LAporsche.com sells used engines to help you gauge a price.
