				Car Cover Question?

Looking for an indoor car cover for '88 911 Cab; 2 mirror pockets, standard fenders, no tail. Would like one that is form fitted and fits tight to chassis. What do the smart guys use and what should I expect to pay? Thanks in advance.

Here's a picture of my cover on my '86 911, very durable and all the Porsche suppliers should have them. Mine came with the car and isn't from Pelican but one of the other big suppliers. I'm sure Pelican would have same thing for a couple of hundred. Easy to clean and nice an cushioney (almost padded) .. regards. PS and fits nice and snug with the ears and all. Not generic but made specially for the 911

Tell them make, model and year of your car. I've used the Dust Top for years. Vert soft, inside application Figure about $219 and up. They often include a 15% off coupon with your last order so you might want to buy a small bottle of Speed Shine and Blue Micro Fibers first!

Do you park on boards to avoid flat spotting?

No, it's just to raise the car a bit (about 4 inches) so I don't bang my head , as much, when I'm changing oil. Nice not to have jacks in the way and also gives more room to get the drain pan in and out.

Guys, under no circumstances recommend suppliers other than our host. It's not right, it's not allowed and it's just plain rude.

I will say something positive: if it's an indoor cover only, look for all cotton or close. |
