Headlight Lens Removal HELP!
Ok, I have the trim piece off, but now what? The lens is still tight to the car, what other screws do I remove to get the lens out?!
Thanks! Rod 89 Carrera 3.2

There SHOULD be one at the bottom of the chrome trim ring. Use a flat blade screwdriver to back it out and then you can lift the assembly out and up, away from the opening.

Once the trim ring has been removed, there should be four screws behind the headlight assembly that you need to remove. They are at about 2, 4, 8, and 10 o'clock. Make sure you don't accidentally try to remove the adjusting screws.

Ok, so how do I get the moisture out of the lens, I let them dry over night, but still have "drops" in the lens.... Any tips on that?
Thanks!

The usual suggestion is to use a long stick (pliers, forceps, whatever), a small rag, and some rubbing alcohol, and swab it around in there. You have to be careful about not messing up that little metal reflector, but it's not that difficult. Good luck!

Ok, so I will ask the newbie question, why rubbing alchohol? I used Windex, and let is sit in the lens for a few hours, and then poured out all the Windex, lens looks good, but the moisture is the concern....
Thanks!

Because windex doesn't evaporate as quickly as alcohol.
