HELP! Rotor not centered in caliper

So, I am changing the pad, rotors, hoses, rebuilt calipers, and now bearings because, well, that should be obvious. I put it all back together with the new rotors mounted on the hubs and my original calipers that I had rebuilt locally back on and the rotor is slightly rubbing on the inner edge of the caliper. Did I lose some sort of a bearing spacer? Is it possible that the new bearings (National brand) are too thin? The pinch lock nut even lined up in the same place as previously (I had it marked). AHHHHHH! I am frustrated!

Thanks for any tips of what I could have missed. Oh, by the way, the first side of the car (driver's) went together perfectly.

On Bilstein struts (and maybe Boge, just don't know) there is a small ring that presses on the hub and it spaces the rotor out about 1/4". Is it possible that is missing?

anything is possible, though I don't know where it could be. I do have Boge struts, so I'll look into that.
