Are these selfmade headers, oor? (+ other pics)

My car currently has these as exhaust headers, could you possibly identify the manufacturer. These are not original I presume?

Also here are my sandblasted flappers, which came out just nicely:

And finally, painted (and cooked) fan/alternator/blower/housing whatever:

dunno - but they look like quality items

by the way how do your flappers transfer the heat with those headers? (no exchangers)

those look like stock Porsche exhaust after the heater encasing is removed.

I concur...
Those look suspiciously like pre-74 heat exchangers that have had the shrouds removed.

They serve the same purpose though! Just no heat!

Fan looks great, keep us posted on how long it holds up.

I am planning to do the heat exchangers myself. Going to plant a "box" with some air guides inside on the side of the exhaust manifolds straight part. Cold air in, hot air out.

Leland when I painted the fan, well, it was drying for about a week and still the paint felt "soft" (if you pressed it with your fingernails). After I baked it in the oven (125 celsius, 45 minutes) and after it cooled down, the paint was rock hard. So I hope it lasts

The pipes are made of stainless steel, they were pretty good looking before, but I still decided to paint them with this high temperature paint which can stand 1500 celsius without burning away. Used the paint on the silencer too.
