Hmm, yes, I think I'd apologise for that photo as well.

Going back to the original subject, which was something to do with locating parts.....anybody got a set of chrome or chrome-and-rubber overriders for a '73 2.4E? Mine's still got those dreadful (sorry) US rubber things. I know they're original, but I'm afraid I don't like them . Besides, I can always keep them if any subsequent owner wants to put them back on....

Anyone in the area or who likes to stretch the cars legs, the early 911's meet in richmond, surrey, once a month. The next meet is this wednesday from 8pm, Dysart Arms just outside Richmond, (0208 940 8005) All are welcome I own an SC, another guy has a 356, so come down have a chat pick up some tips - it's not anoraks and notepads !

Alan, I used to live in Bournemouth , and still head back there to see my folks. I think I saw your car down there (parked on Old Christchurch Rd, and in an apartment block around the corner??) in the Autumn. If so, you have a very nice looking car. Similar to mine, but the looks hold up to closer inspection!!!
