Turbo valve covers?

I'm doing my tuneup finally and I keep reading it would be better to upgrade to turbo valve covers. Why? Are they lighter? Do they have less washers and nuts? Are they easier to install? Nick

Big thing is the stiffening ribs running through the covers that keep them flat and from leaking. Your 85 should already have "turbo" covers. One less thing to worry about. -J
