Javadog, thank you so much. I've seen some posts on grey-green and am now convinced that is correct.

The color swatch we are working with says granite green/grey-green and I wondered if your list shows a separate color for granite green that is distinct from grey green?

I've taken some photos. The dark swatch is pewter grey and the lighter swatch is "granite grey/grey-green". The horn push is original and the steering wheel is covered in the granite green.

I'm thinking the horn push and the seats are 2 different leather colors? Anyone else seen this?

Does anyone have a grey green interior in good shape and can take a picture of the steering wheel to confirm if its a darker color?

Thanks

I'm not familiar with Granite Grey. Maybe it's from another era, or just an aftermarket color name. The steering wheel pad may be vinyl and not leather, so it may not be a perfect match.

For a color that unusual, it may be hard to find an accurate match. I would get samples from at least a half dozen places, including a few in Europe.

Any advice on where to find an inch square of excess leather to cut off? Looking to send it in to Leatherique to have a custom color match done but I can't find any excess material.

Hello DWeg1998 I just purchased a 1987 porsche carrera with the same interior that you have, the horn pad is also a darker color from the rest of the interior.
Another question the color code for the interior is (NJ) Javadog can you help me identify it? Im thinking its maybe called "Linen" its an almost white color. But I need to get a couple feet of the vinyl to restore some pieces. thanks!

NJ is Linen, part of it will be leather and part will be vinyl. Trim or carpets may be grey/green.

I run across a 1991 Turbo with interior code QP. I have never seen this code before. Anyone have an idea?

Embossed with Porshe

Hi guys. I have an '86 Carrera with interior I have never seen elsewhere. It has "PORSCHE" embossed fabric throughout with leather trim. It looks like a special edition??
Any info appreciated

It's not a special edition. That was one of the fabric choices available in that era.

I am a proud new owner of a 1984 turbo look. I know the color code is GP white, I can't find interior code 99 anywhere.
The interior is gray.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks, Dan

Dan,

Answers will come faster if you post a pic or two of the car

Here you go.

It sat for at least a year. I have not fired it up yet. It's getting checked over now.

I do not love the wheels on it. I'll be looking for some fuchs.

99 means you have a full leather interior, color matched to a sample provided by the original buyer. It was not a standard color for 1984. It could be a color from a prior year or anything requested by the buyer.

Wow, that was quick. I guess it will be difficult to match. The drivers seat is a little worn, not terrible.

Thank you

Never under estimate the power of the "Car Pics"...

As for the wheel, yes Fuchs will look good.

If you are on a budget, like most of us, Euromeister for less than 1K would do the trick: Pelican Parts - European Automotive Parts and Accessories - Porsche BMW Mercedes Volkswagen Audi Saab Volvo MINI

I am considering Euromeisters. The code says white center Fuchs. I suppose I could have them painted or leave them black. I would like a little wider than 9's on the rear. Tire selection will come to play as well.
