I recently had a similarly satisfying experience at the other end.

Earlier this summer I bought a new turn signal/dimmer switch for my SC. After installing it I didn't have a chance to test it before I left the country for over a month. Some time after getting back I drove the car at night and found that the switch was faulty. I contacted Pelican's customer service and explained the situation, and they immediately sent me a return authorization number.

They know how to foster customer loyalty.

I pounded the steering wheel shim in and it solved my steering column movement problem. A five minute job with help from one of Wayne's technical articles.

I installed Mitch's bushing 5000 miles and 1 year ago. Easy install, perfect feel to the steering, no problems since. I highly recommend it.
