hotwheels collectors....

Anyone out there??

Just a heads up that the 911 carrera with RS paint and ducktail is #10 of 12 in the final run series.

the car is pearlescent white with red "CARRERA" and red metallic wheels.

apparently there's a variation. some are on 2004 cards, and some on 2003 cards...but that's just getting picky.

# placard on the side. I got the ONLY one at ToysRUS last night.

just like this one.

Thanks for the heads up! I'll be sure to look for it. HW actually made that car a "final run"last year and put it in the special packaging. I have it in blue and gold. I like that white with red much better. If you see any others, I'd be happy to buy them off you to add to my others.

Great thanks! It's tough to find some of the rare ones here unless you are unloading the truck at wallymart.

Thanks,

Sweet I'll tell my bro. who has the most amazing hot wheel collection dating back to when they first started making them. He has a room with at least 2 thousand hotwheels in original boxes stapled around an entire room. Kids love it! He has found almost every porsche hot wheel out there and given them to me. He found an old one that looks like my car; painted it the same color as mine, wheels and all. I have it glued to the roll bar (not very safe in case it goes flying).
Stephen, I may have a hotwheel that is a 930, or maybe a johnny lightning. I'll check when I get home.

How funny. My brother just bought me that final run hotwheel. I did not know that he collected hotwheels until recently.

Golly - I hope I will see one of these in Canada. I've got about 300 of the little beggars and a few of that style of Carrera. Naturally I'm keen on getting the RS striped version! Thanks for the heads up.

I went and looked this weekend, kicking and pushing kids (actually moms and kids) grabbing for Sega (the game system) series cars. They were on sale for 49 cents. Not one 911 Carrera in there. Went back later that weekend clerk had a box of them restocking the shelves, ask if he has seen one and he said no, dumped the box on the floor, 72 cars later still no 911.

I have a feeling they now we want them and they will be up on ebay, #&!?in clerks.

Thats it. But there is no way it costs $4 and up to ship a Hotwheel. I am hoping a fair Pelicanhead will buy one for me and charge me ACTUAL shipping.

Guess what guys.,.,,.,.,.,.,Thanks for the tip I just read this post (12/03/03 at 1:10 Las Vegas Time), so I get up from my computer, jump in the car, and shoot over to Toys R Us 2 blocks away. After scanning the whole wall full of Hotwheels, I found 4. I am keeping 1 for my self, but for those who are REALLY, TRUELY interested in having one of the 3 left I have, I will ONLY charge you the cost of the car (.99), and the cost of the shipping, ONLY.

side note.,.,.,..I would really like to sell these to person here who HAVE a car like this, for the obvious reason.
